About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that meet client specifications and user expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers, to deliver seamless and robust mobile solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development using Flutter and Dart, with a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly applications. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5-8 years of skilled experience in Flutter development,



demonstrating a strong command of Dart programming language. Proficiency in state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc/Cubit, along with experience in widget-based architecture, is essential. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Exposure to back-end development using technologies like Node.js, .NET, or Java is preferred. Additionally, experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and stored procedures, is required. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and effective teamwork are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between the client and server.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to uphold code quality standards.
