Job Summary

Pitanga Wealth Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Floor Sales Manager to manage and supervise a team of Relationship Managers / Financial Services Executives.

The Floor Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day floor operations, team performance, sales target achievement, lead management, client conversion, follow-ups, and team motivation. The candidate will act as the link between the sales team and management and ensure smooth execution of daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the sales floor.

· Lead, guide, motivate, and monitor a team of Relationship Managers / Financial Services Executives.

· Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team.

· Monitor individual and team-wise performance against assigned targets.

· Ensure achievement of monthly business, KYC, client acquisition, and product sales targets.

· Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pending customer requirements.

· Support team members in handling customer queries and closing difficult leads.

· Conduct regular team briefings and performance discussions.

· Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and on-floor support.

· Monitor calling, lead generation, follow-up, and conversion activities.

· Ensure proper CRM updates, customer documentation, and daily reporting.

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

· Encourage cross-selling of suitable financial products including Mutual Funds, SIPs, IPOs, Equity, Insurance, Loans, Bonds, and other available financial products.

· Maintain discipline, productivity, and a positive working environment on the sales floor.





· Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports with management.

· Analyse team performance and suggest strategies to improve productivity and conversions.

· Assist in training current team members and help them understand products, processes, and sales practices.

· Ensure the team follows company policies, customer service standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Graduate in any discipline.

· 2–5 years of experience in sales/team handling, preferably in Banking, NBFC, Broking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.

· Prior experience managing a sales team or sales floor will be preferred.

· Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

· Good understanding of financial products and basic stock-market concepts.

· Strong target orientation with proven sales and conversion abilities.

· Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

· Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, CRM, and Internet.

· Ability to analyse team performance and take corrective actions.

· Hindi communication is essential; basic English preferred.

· Positive, energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
