Key Responsibilities Mobile Application Development Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter/Dart. Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly applications for Android and iOS. Develop reusable UI components and maintain clean, scalable code. Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and third-party services. Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and production issues. Backend / Full Stack Development Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python. Work with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Design and implement scalable backend architecture. Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Develop secure APIs for mobile and web applications

Implement authentication, authorization, notifications, and other backend services.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services such as payment gateways, maps, SMS, WhatsApp, notifications, etc. Product & Technology • Collaborate with Product, Business, Design, and Operations teams to understand requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture, technology, and product discussions.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Monitor application performance and continuously improve system reliability.
- Contribute to the overall technology roadmap and product development.

Required Skills Must Have • 2–5 years of software development experience.





- Strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.
- Strong experience in Python backend development.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of mobile application architecture.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB.
- Good understanding of Git and version control.
- Understanding of API integration, authentication, and security.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup workplace. Good to Have • Experience with Django / FastAPI / Flask.
- Experience with Firebase.
- Knowledge of AWS / GCP / Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD and application deployment.
- Experience with payment gateway integration.
- Experience with Google Maps / location-based services.
- Experience with push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp or communication APIs.
- Knowledge of Docker and cloud-based deployments.
- Experience working on healthcare, home-care, caregiving, marketplace, or service-platform products would be an advantage.

Education • BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
