Roles and Responsibilities
1. Managing labor and operators to take the targeted production.
2. Supervising the activities of operators on preventive maintenance and quality controls in the line.
3. Managing attendance of the laborers and operators.
4. Shift planning with HR and weak-off planning.
5. Reduce the downtime caused by laborers or operators during production.
Expreience: 4-5 Years Candidates with relevant experience are most welcomed.
