About the Team

Regulatory & Compliance Technology function is part of Corporate Services Technology group and focused on delivering strategic platforms and solutions across Regulatory Reporting and Compliance domain, including U.S. Regulatory Reporting, KYC, AML, Sanctions, Transactions Screening etc.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fircosoft RTB Support Engineer to provide production support, platform administration, incident management, and continuous improvement for the firm's sanctions screening ecosystem. The role will be responsible for ensuring high availability, stability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across Fircosoft applications supporting sanctions, payments screening, customer screening, and compliance operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, Firco Compliance Link, Firco Screening Server, sanctions screening processes, and production support within a global banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Support & Operations:

- Provide L2/L3 support for Fircosoft platforms in a 24x7 global environment.
- Monitor system health, application performance, batch processing, and screening workflows.
- Manage incident, problem, and service request tickets within defined SLAs.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production issues.
- Coordinate recovery activities during major incidents and production outages.
- Ensure platform stability, availability,



and operational resilience.

Platform Administration

- Administer Fircosoft environments including Development, UAT, and Production.
- Manage application configurations, screening parameters, workflows, and rules.
- Support deployment and release activities across environments.
- Execute environment validations, smoke testing, and post-release verification.
- Maintain application documentation, operational runbooks, and support procedures.

Regulatory & Compliance Support

- Support sanctions screening operations across payment, customer, and transaction screening domains.
- Work closely with Compliance, Financial Crime, AML, and Operations teams.
- Assist in implementation of regulatory changes and sanctions list updates.
- Ensure compliance with audit, risk, and governance requirements.
- Support internal and external audits with evidence collection and reporting.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
- Analyze production trends and recurring issues to reduce incidents.
- Improve monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards.
- Drive defect remediation and platform optimization initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as liaison between Compliance, Operations, Infrastructure, Vendors, and Development teams.
- Coordinate with Fircosoft vendor support for product-related issues.
- Provide regular operational status updates and KPI reporting to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience

- 4-10 years of hands-on Firco Support / RTB (L2/L3) experience.




- Experience working within Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Services, or Regulatory Technology domains.

Technical Skills:

- Strong experience supporting Fircosoft / Firco Continuity platforms.
- Expertise on:
- Firco Continuity
- Firco Trust
- Firco Compliance Link
- Firco Screening Server (FSS)
- Firco Insight (preferred)
- Experience with sanctions and AML screening processes.
- Understanding of SWIFT payment messages (MT/MX formats).
- Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
- Knowledge of application monitoring and support tools.
- Understanding of file processing, batch scheduling, and middleware integrations.
- Familiarity with ITIL support processes.
