Job Summary

We are looking for a FinTech Executive who will be responsible for managing and resolving technical issues related to the company’s applications and digital platforms. The candidate will coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of the applications and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and identify issues related to the company’s mobile/web applications and digital platforms.
- Troubleshoot application-related problems and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and technology vendors.
- Raise, track, and follow up on technical issues with vendors until successful resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand application-related requirements and issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical glitches, bugs, and system-related problems.
- Conduct basic testing after issue resolution to ensure the application is functioning properly.
- Maintain records of reported issues, resolutions, and vendor communication.
- Support application updates, enhancements, and new feature implementation.




- Escalate critical or recurring issues to the concerned stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning of the company's FinTech applications.

Required Qualifications
- B.B.A/M.BA/B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- Good understanding of mobile/web applications and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work with external technology vendors and service providers.
- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple issues and follow up until closure.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in FinTech, BFSI, Insurance, or financial services technology will be preferred.
- Experience in application support, vendor coordination, or technical operations will be an added advantage.
