? HIRING – FINANCIAL STRUCTURING MANAGER / SENIOR ASSOCIATE

? Experience: 3–6 Years
We are looking for a finance professional with solid experience in Structured Finance, Debt Syndication, Investment Banking, Treasury Structuring or FinTech .
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure ABS, Covered Bonds & Co-Lending transactions
- Build financial models, cash-flow waterfalls & credit enhancement structures
- Lead debt syndication and investor relationships
- Work with Banks, NBFCs, AIFs & institutional investors
- Manage term sheets, covenants and transaction documentation
- Ensure RBI and regulatory compliance
Ideal Profile:
CA / CFA / MBA Finance with strong Excel & financial modelling skills and hands-on experience in structured finance transactions.
