About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reference Data Analyst with experience in financial services and capital markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of securities, reference data management, and asset setup processes across Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global banking organization and gain exposure to international financial markets and industry-leading data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Creation and maintenance of security master data across Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives instruments.

✅ Perform asset setup and maintenance based on information sourced from Bloomberg, Reuters, Euroclear, IDC, and other market data vendors.

✅ Process updates arising from corporate actions, middle office requests, trade support teams, and settlement operations.

✅ Conduct research to gather and validate security reference data.

✅ Support data quality initiatives, process improvements, metrics reporting, and data cleanup projects.

✅ Ensure completion of daily controls, checklists, and end-of-day activities.

✅ Maintain SOPs, issue logs, project trackers, and operational documentation.

✅ Monitor team mailboxes, handle queries,



and escalate issues appropriately.

✅ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and build robust business relationships across functions.

Mandatory Skills

- Asset Setup and Maintenance
- Equities, Fixed Income, and Securities Reference Data Management
- Knowledge of Stock Market, Capital Markets, Financial Markets, Bonds, Corporate Actions, and Fixed Income Securities
- Strong Communication Skills
- Immediate Joiners Preferred

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, IDC, Euroclear, or similar market data platforms
- Understanding of Middle Office Operations
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality focus

Qualifications ? Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field)

? 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, Securities Operations, or Reference Data Management
