Role Description This is a full-time Financial Planner role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, combining on-site client and team interactions with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, analyzing their current financial situation, and developing customized financial plans covering investments, insurance, retirement, tax, and estate considerations.

The Financial

Planner will prepare detailed recommendations, present strategies in explicit, accessible language, and update plans as client circumstances or market conditions change. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial research, monitoring portfolios, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met,



and collaborating with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions. The role also includes ongoing client communication, follow-ups, and participation in educational sessions, workshops, or webinars to build client awareness and trust.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Personal Financial Planning to design and implement comprehensive client strategies.
- Candidates should possess expertise related to the Certified Financial Planner designation and a solid foundation in Finance to provide informed, compliant advice.
- Candidates should possess excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including cash flow analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio evaluation.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts clearly and build long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with financial planning spreadsheets, and presentation tools, along with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Relevant certifications such as CFP or equivalent, and a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or investment consulting, along with knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards, is preferred.
