Financial Analyst – Real Estate Industry (Vardhman Amrante Pvt Ltd)

Qualification: B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) + MBA (Finance) – Mandatory

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Location: Ludhiana

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyse financial models, project feasibility reports and financial projections for real estate projects.
- Conduct project-wise budgeting, cost analysis, revenue projections and profitability analysis to support business decisions.
- Prepare monthly MIS, management reports and dashboards covering project performance, revenue, costs, margins and cash flows.
- Develop financial forecasts and scenario/sensitivity analysis based on project timelines, sales, costs and market assumptions.
- Analyse actual vs. budget vs. forecast, identify variances and provide actionable insights to management.
- Monitor project cash flows, working capital, collections, expenditure and key financial KPIs and highlight areas requiring attention.
- Coordinate with Projects, Sales, Finance and Business teams for data collection, validation and preparation of management-level financial analysis and reports.

Candidate Profile
- B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical + MBA in Finance is mandatory.




- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A;, Business Finance, Project Finance or Real Estate Finance.
- Strong hands-on skills in Financial Modelling, Forecasting, Budgeting and MIS.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, cash flow, project costing, profitability and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present insights to senior management.
