Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose The Financial Business Analyst will work closely with the Joint CFO as an extension of the CFO Office, providing executive coordination, cross-functional follow-up, financial analysis and management decision support.

The role is a high-quality Financial Business Analyst, enabling the CFO to effectively manage priorities, meetings, information flow and financial decision support.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Decision Support

- Prepare financial analysis and reports for the CFO on a recurring and ad-hoc basis.
- Analyze revenue, margins, costs and business performance.
- Support preparation of management MIS and KPI reports.
- Prepare financial models, schedules and management presentations as required.
- Consolidate financial and operational information received from different functions.
- Undertake specific analytical assignments/projects entrusted by the CFO.
- Support the CFO in converting financial and operational data into management insights.

CFO Information & Management Support

- Maintain a central repository of key financial, operational and management information required by the CFO.




- Prepare briefing notes and background material before important meetings.
- Support preparation of presentations, management notes and internal communications.
- Tracker of important decisions and follow-up requirements arising from CFO meetings.
- Coordinate timely receipt of information from various departments.
- Assist in ensuring that the CFO has accurate, relevant and timely information for decision-making.

Key Deliverables The position will be responsible for:

1. High-quality financial analysis and management information
2. CFO dashboards and analytical reports
3. Business/customer/contract profitability analysis
4. Financial models and management presentations
5. Timely preparation of meeting briefs and decision-support material
6. Effective cross-functional coordination and follow-up

Candidate Profile Education & Experience

- CA / CFA / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification preferred.
- Candidates with strong financial-analysis experience and relevant qualifications may also be considered.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
- Financial Analysis
- FP&A; / MIS
- CFO Office
- Corporate Finance
- Management Reporting / Business Analysis
