Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Senior Accounting & Finance Advisor to work on a full‑time basis. The role requires hands‑on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and omni‑chat support. Candidates will address both routine help requests and complex, data‑heavy accounting and finance inquiries that demand strong analytical and advisory capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial data and deliver clear accounting guidance to SMB owners.
- Respond to complex bookkeeping, accounting, and finance‑related questions through chat and other support channels.
- Develop advisory‑based recommendations using financial data to improve client decision‑making.
- Support U.S.‑based small and medium‑size businesses, drawing on experience advising three or more organizations.
- Commit up to 40 hours per week for a 10‑week engagement, with potential extension based on performance and project needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum five years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or financial consulting,



including roles such as CFO advisor, controller, finance manager, or financial director.
- Proven proficiency with QuickBooks Online and the ability to troubleshoot and guide users remotely.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex accounting and finance queries for SMB clients, especially U.S.‑based businesses.
- Strong business analysis and financial reporting skills, with a track record of producing actionable insights.
- Effective problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities in a remote, omni‑chat environment.
