Job Title: Financial Accountant

Location: Andheri, Mumbai | Type: Full-time, Onsite/hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented accountant to manage our books of accounts and ensure timely GST and TDS compliance.

Key responsibilities

- Record daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, bank, cash, journal) in Tally/Excel .
- Maintain project-wise accounting (material, labour, subcontractors, plant, overheads) and link entries to work orders/BOQ.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase register.
- Compute and deduct TDS under applicable sections; deposit TDS and file quarterly returns (24Q/26Q/27Q); issue Form 16/16A.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations; assist in monthly/quarterly closing.
- Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account,



and Balance Sheet; support audits and tax working.

Required qualifications & skills:
- B.Com/M.Com or CA Inter/IPCC (articleship completed preferred).
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and finalization of accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Valuable understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST law, and TDS provisions.
- Ability to meet filing deadlines and maintain accurate records.
