Role Description The Financial Accountant will work on-site in Ghaziabad in a full-time capacity, supporting clients with accurate and timely financial records. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing general ledgers, and ensuring proper bookkeeping for assigned client accounts.

The role involves handling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, assisting with tax computations, and coordinating with internal teams to support payroll and compliance activities.

The Financial

Accountant will reconcile accounts, analyze variances, support budgeting and forecasting processes,



and use accounting software to maintain data integrity. The position also requires clear communication with clients and colleagues to resolve queries and support decision-making with well-structured financial information.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Reporting for preparing, analyzing, and presenting client financial data.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Analytical Skills to interpret results, identify trends, and support business decisions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with Accounting Software and practical experience in core Accounting processes and standards.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and reconciliation, and a solid understanding of tax and compliance fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting, and strong organizational abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA or equivalent) are an added advantage.
- Prior experience in public accounting, outsourced accounting services, or working with international clients is beneficial.
