This role is suited for someone who can balance execution with analysis, without needing a therapy session every time a spreadsheet gets complicated.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Financial

Operations & Accounting - Manage day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, invoicing, payments)

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
- Perform bank reconciliations and track financial transactions
- Support payroll inputs and final settlements 2.

Financial





Reporting & Analysis - Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial summaries

- Track key financial metrics and highlight trends or variances
- Support preparation of basic financial statements 3. Budgeting & Planning - Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Monitor actuals vs budget and flag deviations
- Support cash flow tracking and planning 4. Compliance & Audit Support - Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Maintain records for audit readiness
- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants when required 5.

Business

Support - Work with internal teams to track expenses and improve cost visibility

- Provide basic financial inputs to support decision-making
- Support ad-hoc finance-related tasks as needed Preferable skills - Finance & Accounting Basics
- Robust understanding of accounting principles
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
- Experience with Tally or similar accounting tools
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
