Role Description The Finance Manager role at Espangle is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting across Espangle’s consulting operations and proprietary brands in hospitality, dining, and food retail. Daily responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, preparing management reports, overseeing accounting processes, and ensuring accurate financial records.

The Finance

Manager will support strategic decision-making by analyzing business performance, evaluating investments,



and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth. The role also includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing compliance with relevant financial regulations, and supporting audits and risk management activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, management accounting, and cash flow management.
- Candidates should possess skills in compliance, internal controls, and basic knowledge of taxation and regulatory requirements, including GST and TDS.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of GST compliance, TDS calculation, deductions, payments, and return filing.
- Experience in financial MIS, variance reporting, budget vs. actual analysis, and presenting key financial insights to management is preferred.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or commerce; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, food services, or consumer goods sectors and familiarity with multi-entity or multi-brand environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy and integrity in financial data is expected.
