Role Title: Manager - Client Advisory &

- Accounts

Location: Noida Qualification: MBA/ Semi-Qualified / Qualified CA (Preferred) Experience: Min 2 Years (preferably in consulting / CA firm / advisory environment)

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic candidate who will act as a key client interface for the organization. The role requires strong communication, client handling, leadership, and presentation skills, along with solid accounting and compliance knowledge. The candidate will represent the company in front of clients, manage a team, and travel across India for client meetings and project discussions. Key Roles &

- Responsibilities

Team Coordination &

- Execution

- Understand tasks, priorities, and objectives assigned by the management and ensure effective execution by the team
- Align team members with process requirements, timelines, and expected deliverables
- Monitor day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow management
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks within defined timelines and quality standards

Client Coordination &

- Communication

- Coordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, approvals, and operational updates
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams
- Ensure timely resolution of operational queries and escalations
- Maintain professional and relationship-driven client interactions

Process Management &

- Oversight

- Review operational and accounting activities handled by the team
- Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance requirements, and reporting timelines




- Support managers in process implementation and execution tracking
- Identify operational gaps and assist in improving process efficiency

Team Management &

- Support

- Guide and support team members in day-to-day task execution
- Ensure proper delegation and follow-up of assigned responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining team productivity, accountability, and discipline
- Support onboarding and training of new team members when required

Reporting &

- Coordination

- Share regular status updates with reporting managers
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth completion of assigned projects/tasks
- Track pending activities and ensure timely closures
