We are hiring for an experienced Finance Manager to lead finance operations across Manufacturing/Plant Finance in India.

? Location: Jhajjar, Haryana (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets and month-end/year-end closing
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting and variance analysis
- Manage COGS, inventory valuation, standard costing and BOM accuracy
- Oversee CAPEX, working capital and operating expenses
- Drive process optimization, automation and cost-reduction initiatives
- Ensure statutory, tax and corporate reporting compliance, including GST, TDS and Income Tax
- Partner with business and plant leadership to improve financial performance

Qualifications

CA / Cost Accountant (ICWA)

• 6–8 years of progressive finance experience

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing and/or shared services

- Solid knowledge of Indian accounting, taxation and statutory compliance

• Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics or similar ERP

• Strong Excel and Power BI/data analytics skills

- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
