What we are looking for





- Accounting fundamentals & business acumen — Bring a working grasp of accounting basics (debits vs. credits, P&L; vs. balance sheet, accrual vs. cash) and the curiosity to connect numbers to the business — understanding why a line moved, not just that it did.
- Financial reporting & close support — Assist with monthly close: reconciliations, accruals, and expense categorisation; help maintain the books and flag discrepancies before they compound.
- Reporting & dashboards — Build and maintain recurring reports on revenue and turn raw exports into dashboards leadership can read at a glance.
- Vendor & spend management — Own the vendor and subscription tracker: renewal dates, contract terms, and usage.
- Cross-functional ops support — Support ad-hoc analyses for Sales, Marketing, and Leadership — unit economics and help prep materials for the board.
