Job Summary

Are you a finance professional who thrives in the fast-paced D2C, Retail, or Fashion space? We are hiring a Finance Executive for our client in Noida who understands that D2C finance goes beyond basic accounting—it’s about cash flow optimization, unit margins, inventory control, marketplace reconciliations, and driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-Day Accounting: Manage routine bookkeeping, journal entries, payables, receivables, and timely vendor payments.
- Reconciliations: Oversee bank, marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.), and payment gateway reconciliations.
- MIS & Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly P&L; statements, balance sheets, cash flow tracking, and burn rate analysis.
- Taxation & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with GST filings, TDS returns, and statutory tax obligations.
- Strategic Financial Analysis:



Conduct variance analysis, evaluate product margins, and monitor key operational finance metrics.
- Investor & Growth Support: Assist with audit preparations, financial due diligence, investor reporting, and fundraising documentation.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience strictly in a D2C, Retail, or Fashion brand (Mandatory).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Qualifications: CA Inter / Pursuing CA or CFA Level 1 is a strong plus.
- Software Skills: Practical, hands-on experience with Tally or Zoho Books. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
- Tax Knowledge: Solid operational command over GST, TDS, and Indian statutory compliance rules.
- Mindset: Sharp attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and an ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
