- Day-to-day Tally entries, ledger and bank reconciliation

/n

- Taxation : GST computation, TDS, return filing

/n

- Monthly P&L; and balance sheet preparation (with provisions)

/n

- Tracking of CM1, CM2, and CM3 profitability

/n

- PO, payment management

/n

- Ongoing investor-grade MIS reporting

/n

- Being the go-to point person for audit and compliance documentation

/n /n Qualification /n /n

- CA-Inter/semi-qualified, or M.Com or MBA Finance with robust hands-on Tally, GST, and TDS experience

/n

- 4+ years of experience, with a strong preference for a D2C or e-commerce background

/n

- Strong grasp of contribution margin analysis and cost structures

/n

- Documentation discipline

- Exposure to investor due diligence

/n

- Experience building or improving a reconciliation process from scratch, not just following one

/n

- Familiarity with Shopify, Uniware, or Shiprocket, or a similar D2C ops stack
