Healthy Jeena Sikho is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage accounting data, billing, and inventory records. Only local candidates residing in Mohali.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting entries, invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Manage billing, invoice generation, E-Way Bills, and challans.
- Maintain and update inventory/stock records.
- Verify bills, invoices, and financial data for accuracy.
- Update ledgers and maintain digital financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing, inventory, and missing documents.
- Assist in basic financial reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Tally/Zoho Books experience is a plus.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- 12th pass or graduate; immediate joiners preferred.
