Profile: CA (Inter Passed)/ Commerce Graduate with working experience of bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation of about 3-5 years

- Accounting entries and bookkeeping in Tally
- Maintenance of Books of Accounts (vouchers with supporting documents, sales invoices, purchase bills/ invoices, journal vouchers, inventory, etc.)
- Regular ledger scrutiny
- Monthly MIS Statements
- Handling Outward Remittances (15CA/ 15 CB)
- Direct and Indirect Tax payments and compliances including: (i) TDS deduction and monthly TDS payments (ii) Preparation of quarterly TDS Return (iii) GST Payment and Returns preparation(iv) Query resolution
- Bank Reconciliation
- Payroll Processing
- Preparing final accounts at the end of the year in the prescribed format
- Assisting the Auditors in the audit of the annual final accounts
- Overseeing the other related accounting compliances

Proficiency with Tally is a must; good MS Excel knowledge; positive English (both written and spoken)
