Finance Controller

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Qualification: CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to manage financial accounting, reporting, compliance, audits, budgeting, and internal financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Handle GL, AP, AR, billing, reconciliations and month-end closing.
- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables and payables.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits.
- Establish and strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
- Review financial transactions and ensure accuracy of accounting records.




- Prepare management reports and provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other external stakeholders.
- Lead and guide the finance and accounts team.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Robust MS Excel and ERP/accounting software skills.
- Good analytical, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Candidate
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts/Controllership.
- CA / CA Inter qualification preferred.
- Candidates with experience in financial reporting, audits, compliance and team handling will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,988,901.65 per month
