PLANT COMMERCIAL HEAD (FINANCE DEPARTMENT) - ONLY FROM MANUFACTURING LOCATION - AHMEDNAGAR CTC - 11LPA Job Purpose To lead the finance and commercial activities of the manufacturing plant, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate plant accounting, cost management, working-capital optimization, statutory compliance and timely MIS for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Manage complete plant finance and commercial accounting operations. Handle plant P&L;, balance sheet schedules, month-end closing and financial reporting. Drive plant costing, product costing, variance analysis and cost control.

Monitor RM, WIP and finished-goods inventory valuation and reconciliation. Track and control working capital, receivables, payables and inventory. Prepare and analyse plant MIS, budgets, forecasts and monthly financial performance.

Monitor actual vs budget, identify variances and recommend corrective actions. Ensure proper accounting of CAPEX, fixed assets, depreciation and project expenditure. Review vendor/customer ledgers, ageing, provisions, accruals and reconciliations.

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants and corporate finance team. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements,



in coordination with the taxation team. Support GST reconciliations, audits, assessments and litigation-related requirements.

Establish and monitor financial controls, SOPs and commercial processes at the plant. Coordinate closely with Production, PPC, Purchase, Stores, Sales and HR on financial and commercial matters. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement and working-capital optimization.

Ensure effective ERP/SAP-based accounting and reporting.

Candidate Profile Qualification: CA / CMA preferred;

MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with strong manufacturing finance experience may also be considered.

Experience: 8–15 years in Plant Finance / Commercial / Factory Accounts, preferably from a manufacturing environment. Strong hands-on experience in plant accounting, costing, P&L;, balance sheet, MIS and working capital. Good exposure to GST, taxation, audits and statutory compliance.

Experience in manufacturing cost accounting and inventory valuation is essential. SAP/ERP experience preferred.

Solid

Excel, analytical and financial reporting skills.

- Should be capable of independently managing the finance function of a manufacturing plant.
