As a Finance and compliance Associate, you will be responsible for managing statutory filings, compliance with the Companies Act, income tax, TDS provisions, GST, and financial statements preparation. This role requires solid knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering accurate financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other government agencies.
- Monitor and stay updated on changes in the Companies Act, income tax, TDS provisions, GST, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Monitor and manage TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any legal or compliance issues related to statutory filings and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including timely filing of returns, reconciliation, and addressing any GST-related queries.
- Provide accurate and reliable financial information to clients,



addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to statutory filings, compliance, and financial statements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of finance operations.

Who Should Apply :

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in finance operations, statutory filings, and financial statements preparation.
- In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, income tax provisions, TDS regulations, GST laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools, including Tally, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial statements and compliance filings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to address complex financial and compliance issues.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and delivering exceptional service.

Compensation: 2.4 LPA to 2.6 LPA
