? OPEN POSITIONS

1. Finance & Accounts – Inter CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing day-to-day accounting and finance activities
- Preparation and review of accounting entries and reconciliations
- Handling month-end and year-end closing activities
- Preparation of MIS and financial reports
- Coordination with auditors for statutory and internal audits
- Supporting taxation and regulatory compliance
- Monitoring receivables, payables and other financial transactions
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial records

Ideal Candidate: Inter CA with relevant experience in Manufacturing / CA Firm. 2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) – CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Annual budgeting and financial planning
- Preparation of business forecasts and financial projections
- Monthly performance analysis and variance analysis
- Preparation of management MIS and dashboards
- Financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Monitoring business KPIs and profitability
- Providing financial insights to support business decisions
- Working closely with business and finance teams

Ideal Candidate: Qualified CA with strong experience in FP&A;, budgeting,



forecasting and financial analysis. 3. Financial Reporting & Compliance – CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and review of standalone and consolidated financial statements
- Ensuring compliance with Ind AS and applicable accounting standards
- Managing statutory, internal and tax audit requirements
- Ensuring timely regulatory and financial reporting
- Review of financial data and accounting schedules
- Maintaining strong internal financial controls
- Coordination with auditors, consultants and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring statutory and regulatory compliance

Ideal Candidate: Qualified CA with experience in Financial Reporting, Compliance, Statutory Audit and Ind AS .

? PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

✅ CA / Inter CA

✅ Experience in Manufacturing Industry or CA Firm

✅ Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge

✅ Good analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Solid command of MS Excel and financial MIS

✅ Candidates from Solar / Engineering / Manufacturing
