Role Summary

Strategic leadership role responsible for end-to-end finance analytics, transformation, client management, AI-led innovation and people leadership across P2P, O2C, R2R and FP&A.;

Functional Expertise

- P2P: End-to-end Accounts Payable, vendor management, invoice processing, payment cycles, controls, reconciliations and payable analytics.
- O2C: Order management, billing, collections, cash application, credit management and receivable analytics.
- R2R: General ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting and financial controls.
- FP&A;: Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, business insights and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence and KPI governance.




- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and governance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Lead finance transformation across all towers.
- Partner with GTM teams and identify revenue opportunities.
- Drive AI-led finance solutions and enterprise analytics strategy.

Digital, Analytics & AI
- Reasonable Power BI knowledge.
- Lead AI/GenAI adoption and design AI-enabled finance solutions.
- Blend AI into P2P, O2C, R2R and FP&A; offerings.
