Role Overview

Accenture is looking for experienced OTC (Order to Cash) professionals with solid expertise in Billing, Collections, Deductions, Cash Application, and Revenue Management. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end OTC processes and handling complex operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
- Handle billing and invoicing activities with accuracy and within defined timelines.
- Manage collections and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Handle cash application and ensure timely, accurate allocation of customer payments.
- Manage deductions and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Monitor accounts receivable, ageing, outstanding balances, and collection performance.
- Handle customer and internal stakeholder queries related to billing, payments, deductions, and collections.
- Ensure adherence to defined processes, controls, SLAs,



and compliance requirements.
- Manage escalations and drive timely resolution of complex issues.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational excellence.
- Handle reporting, governance, and performance metrics.
- Lead/mentor team members depending on the level and role requirements.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Education: Commerce background preferred / mandatory.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years relevant experience in Finance & Accounts (OTC domain).
- Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days.
