Job Summary

Wells Fargo is seeking high-potential B-school talent to join the 2027 Finance Summer Internship within the Finance organization. This 9-week internship is designed for students who want to build a strong foundation in finance, analytics, leadership, and business strategy while gaining exposure to how AI and emerging tools are shaping the future of finance in a global financial services environment.

Responsibilities

- Participate in formal internship program and workshops for low complexity initiatives within Internship Program

- Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverable

- Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area

- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications

- 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

- Currentlypursuing MBA degree in finance,Accounting,



BusinessData Analytics, Economics,Statistics, AppliedMathor Business Administration/Business Management. with an expected completion date in between March -Aug 2028

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

- Basic proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and/or other analytics tools

- Familiarity with AI powered productivity tools (such as chat based assistants and built in features like Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday tasks including research, organizing information, and creating presentations with a robust interest in learning and using these tools responsibly.

- Demonstrated knowledge, interests and/orexperience in the financial services industry,corporate accounting,managing data and reporting, data visualization, and/or data analytics

- Involvement in extra-curricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement
