We are looking for motivated and energetic Field Worker to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting customers, businesses, and potential clients in the assigned area, generating leads, explaining our products/services, and building robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit customers, businesses, and potential clients in the assigned area.
- Generate new leads through field visits and direct interaction.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Travel within the assigned operating area as required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Local area knowledge will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
