Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Support Engineer responsible for GPS device installation, troubleshooting, and on-site technical support for vehicles. The candidate should be comfortable traveling, handling basic electrical connections, communicating fluently in English, and interacting with customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles (cars, buses, trucks, etc.)

- Perform basic wiring and electrical connections

- Troubleshoot device and connectivity issues in office

- Conduct testing and ensure proper device functionality

- Provide customer support during and after installation

- Maintain installation reports and service records

- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / Any technical qualification (Electronics, ECE, Electrical, or related)





- Basic knowledge of vehicle wiring and electrical systems

- Fluent English communication skills

- Willingness to travel for fieldwork
- A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred

- Basic mobile app handling skills

- Freshers can apply (training will be provided)

Preferred Skills

- Experience in GPS installation or vehicle accessories installation

- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills

- Ability to work independently in the field

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
