We are looking for a responsible and reliable Field Supervisor to manage day-to-day activities across assigned factory sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise ongoing production and site activities
- Manage and coordinate workers at assigned sites
- Visit and monitor 2–3 factory locations regularly
- Provide and collect company devices from factory sites
- Collect devices and submit them to the office in the evening
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed properly
- Coordinate between workers and the project team
- Handle regular site-level activities and ensure smooth operations

Candidate Requirements
- Must be a local candidate from Bangalore
- Comfortable travelling between assigned factory sites daily
- Comfortable physically reporting to factory/site locations
- Experience in worker supervision/site management preferred
- Able to identify and handle day-to-day site activities
- Responsible, punctual and reliable
- Comfortable working in an industrial/factory workplace
