CKARIN MEDREC is looking for a responsible and technically skilled Field Service Technician to provide on-site installation, maintenance, servicing, and technical support for our optical surgical cameras and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit hospitals, clinics, and customer locations for installation and servicing of equipment.
- Install, configure, test, and demonstrate optical surgical cameras and related equipment.
- Carry out regular maintenance, repairs, and equipment inspections.
- Provide technical support and basic product training to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to resolve customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of service visits, installations, repairs, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned field service tasks.
- Handle equipment safely and follow proper service procedures.
- Travel to different locations as required for field assignments.





Requirements:
- Previous experience in field service, technical support, medical equipment, optical equipment, or electronics is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, optical, or technical equipment.
- Good Camera Installations skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and service assignments.
- Candidates with experience in surgical cameras or medical equipment will be given preference.
