The Training & Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all field-level training and supervision activities across designated districts. This role ensures effective delivery of training sessions, seamless field operations, promoter motivation, performance management, and data reporting. The supervisor will act as a mentor, guide, and support system for all promoters while maintaining strong coordination with the Head Office and client teams.

Key Responsibilities:  Oversee the end-to-end field activities, training delivery, and learning processes within assigned districts.  Provide continuous guidance, counselling, and support to promoters to ensure smooth execution of field tasks.  Motivate promoters to achieve their daily/weekly targets and maintain high performance levels.  Facilitate and lead regular team meetings, ensuring explicit communication and alignment.
