Role Description The Field Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role based in Gurugram. This role involves visiting residential and commercial customers, showcasing product samples, and providing expert guidance on curtains, blinds, wallpapers, upholstery, and carpets. The representative will conduct measurements on-site, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Daily tasks include coordinating with the in-store team for inventory and delivery timelines, managing customer appointments, and ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism.



The role also requires maintaining accurate records of visits and sales activities and actively seeking new business opportunities in assigned territories.

Qualifications

- Strong field sales and customer relationship skills, with experience in face-to-face selling or direct customer interaction.
- Ability to understand interior decor requirements and provide product recommendations for curtains, blinds, wallpapers, upholstery, and carpets.
- Comfort with on-site measurements, basic numerical accuracy, and preparing clear proposals or quotations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain product features and pricing in a straightforward, confident manner.
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable, with the ability to manage appointments, follow up on leads, and work independently in the field.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones or tablets for recording visits, updating sales information, and using navigation or messaging apps.
- Prior experience in retail, home furnishings, interiors, or related fields is an advantage.
- Valid means of local travel within Gurugram and willingness to work flexible hours as per customer needs.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; higher education in sales, business, or design is a plus.
