We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our automobile sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, understanding customer requirements, promoting vehicles and related products, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current sales leads through walk-ins, calls, referrals, field visits, digital enquiries, and other sources.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles based on their needs and budget.

- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, insurance, and other value-added services.

- Conduct vehicle/product demonstrations and arrange test drives.

- Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert enquiries into sales.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, bookings, and sales in the CRM/DMS.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.

- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, roadshows,



and local marketing campaigns.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

- Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.

- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

- +2,Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Automobile, or a related field.

- Freshers may be considered depending on the company's requirements.

- Previous experience in automobile, retail, FMCG, banking, or other sales roles is an advantage.

- Valid driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
