About the Role

WeBuildTech is looking for a Field Sales & Business Development Executive to help us sell MaintainOS to manufacturing MSMEs across Bhiwadi, Dharuhera, Khushkhera, Tapukara and nearby industrial areas.

The role involves field sales, lead generation, customer visits, follow-ups and basic CRM/data entry.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit manufacturing companies and generate recent leads.
- Connect with factory owners, Plant Heads, Production & Maintenance Managers.
- Understand customer problems and introduce MaintainOS.
- Schedule product demos and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain lead/customer information and update CRM regularly.
- Build a database of manufacturing companies in the region.
- Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets.




- Share customer feedback and market insights with the product team.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in field sales/B2B sales preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication and sales aptitude can apply.
- Good Hindi communication; basic English.
- Basic computer, Excel and WhatsApp skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting factory decision-makers.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates familiar with the Bhiwadi industrial area will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate Someone who is energetic, confident, target-oriented, comfortable travelling and interested in B2B technology/SaaS sales.
