Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to handle market sales and develop strong relationships with mobile retailers and outlets in Cuttack.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling mobile handsets, achieving monthly sales targets, communicating schemes and incentives, collecting payments from outlets, and providing proper service support for product-related issues. MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE FOR OUTLET VISIT .

Key Responsibilities

- Visit mobile retailers and outlets regularly and generate sales.
- Push products in the market and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with retailers and channel partners.
- Communicate monthly schemes, offers and incentive programs clearly to retailers.
- Encourage retailers to actively promote and sell products.
- Collect outstanding payments from market outlets as per company requirements.
- Coordinate and provide support for faulty/defective sets, service issues and customer/retailer complaints.
- Follow up on service and replacement-related issues until proper resolution.
- Monitor market demand, competitor activity and retailer feedback.




- Ensure regular market coverage and maintain productive outlet relationships.
- Work towards monthly sales and relationship-based incentive targets.
- Maintain professional communication and reporting with the team.

Candidate Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Preferred qualifications: B.Com, BBA, BA, or any graduate degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in mobile, electronics, FMCG, telecom or field sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good ability to build and maintain retailer relationships.
- Comfortable with regular field/market visits.
- Target-oriented, disciplined and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle payment collection professionally.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile products is preferred.
- Skills and attitude matter more than experience or degree.
