Field Sales Executive — Luxury Furniture & Interior Design | Delhi NCR

Villaro is hiring a Field Sales Executive in Delhi NCR to build relationships with architects, interior designers and consultants across Delhi, Gurugram and Noida.

If you've worked in B2B sales or business development in interiors, furniture, architecture or construction this is a field sales role with a product that sells itself in the room.

We make bespoke luxury furniture, 100% to order. Stone, marble, wood, metal, upholstery. Full kitting before manufacturing, QC reports through every production stage, transparent quoting, and installation by our own team pan-India.

Where Design Becomes Legacy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and connect with architects, interior designers, consultants and project stakeholders Generate B2B leads through networking, referrals, cold calling and market research Schedule and conduct client meetings across Delhi NCR → Invite prospects to our experience centre for product presentations Track upcoming residential and hospitality interior projects → Maintain follow-ups via calls, emails and site meetings Log all leads, meetings and sales activity in CRM Represent Villaro at industry events, design exhibitions and trade shows → Monitor market trends and competitor activity → Achieve monthly meeting and revenue targets

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability




- Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face business meetings
- Positive negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM software
- Self-motivated, target-driven and result-oriented
- Knowledge of the interior design, furniture, architecture or construction industry preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field
- 3 years of experience in field sales, business development, client acquisition or key account management
- Background in interiors, furniture, architecture or construction is a must.
- Strong communicators new to the field are welcome to apply
