Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, promoting our event services, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, be comfortable with client visits, and have a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers and generate new business leads.
- Promote and explain the company’s event services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable event solutions.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and client visits.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.




- Coordinate with the sales and event execution teams for smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate daily visit, lead, and follow-up reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and sales activities to the management.

Requirements
- Good communication and convincing/presentation skills.
- Basic English and Tamil communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to travel for customer/client visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to build good relationships with customers.
- Candidates from Coimbatore / Tirupur are preferred.
