Field Sales Executive – Social Media Services

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to help us acquire small and local businesses for our social media management services.

This is a straightforward field sales role. You will visit local businesses, speak with business owners, understand their basic requirements, explain our social media packages and convert interested businesses into customers.

Responsibilities

- Visit local shops and businesses and meet business owners
- Identify businesses that need regular social media management
- Explain our affordable social media packages
- Generate leads through direct visits and follow-ups
- Convert prospects into paying customers
- Maintain basic records of leads and sales
- Achieve monthly customer acquisition targets





Compensation ₹10,000–₹12,000 fixed salary + significant performance incentives

There is no upper limit on incentives . Your earnings will increase based on the number of customers you acquire.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome
- 12th pass or graduate
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with business owners
- Willing to travel locally and work in the field
- Basic smartphone and internet skills

No prior social media marketing experience is required. Training will be provided. We are looking for people who are confident, hardworking and genuinely interested in sales.
