We are the authorized franchise partner for Tulsi Paints and EVOKE Designer Finishes in the Mandya district. We supply an entire architectural range: waterproofing, wall putty, luxury interior/exterior emulsions, and Italian designer textures, delivered directly to construction sites from our depot in Bengaluru.

Expected Earnings: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000+ per month (Performance-driven)

Compensation & Perks:

- 7% Flat Commission on every realized paint and chemical order you close.
- Earning Potential: A typical independent house paint order ranges from ₹60,000 to ₹1,50,000. Closing just 4–6 houses a month yields ₹25,000 to ₹50,000+ in net commissions.
- Full delivery support: You close the deal; our logistics handles direct site delivery.
- Product samples, digital catalogs, and EVOKE texture decks provided.
- An agreement shall be made between the franchise and the agent

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit ongoing residential, commercial, and bungalow construction sites across the length and breadth of Bengaluru.




- Build direct relationships with painting contractors (mestris), civil engineers, architects, and house owners.
- Introduce our complete product line (Waterproofing primers, Polymer Putty, Emulsions, and EVOKE luxury textures).
- Provide basic site measurement guidance, calculate paint requirements, and secure project orders.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in construction materials, hardware, paints, tiles, cement, or field sales in Bengaluru is highly preferred.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license (essential for site visits).
- Fluency in Kannada; basic functional English.
- Self-starter with strong negotiation skills.
