BK Health & Wellness is hiring a Field Sales Executive for its upcoming health and wellness store in Sector 35B, Chandigarh.

This is primarily a field-sales and local outreach position—not a digital-marketing or desk-based role.

Key responsibilities

- Visit gyms, yoga centres, clinics, pharmacies, residential communities and local businesses across Chandigarh.
- Build awareness about the upcoming store and its plant-based wellness products.
- Generate qualified customer leads and maintain proper contact records.
- Develop partnerships and arrange local awareness activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and personal meetings.
- Support customer conversion, store sales and repeat purchases after opening.
- Submit daily reports of visits, leads, follow-ups and results.
- Communicate only approved product information and avoid unverified medical claims.

Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- At least one year of field sales, direct sales or business-development experience preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, FMCG, fitness, insurance or retail sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills.




- Must be confident approaching new people and conducting regular follow-ups.
- Hindi communication required; Punjabi and basic English preferred.
- Own two-wheeler, valid driving licence and smartphone required.
- Familiarity with Chandigarh and the surrounding Tri-city area preferred.
- Honest, disciplined, target-oriented and comfortable with regular field travel.

Compensation and employment:
- Fixed salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month
- Performance incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month
- Petrol/field-travel allowance provided
- Full-time, permanent day-shift position
- Initial probation period: Two months
- Immediate joining preferred

Work base: Sector 35B, Chandigarh Field area: Chandigarh and nearby Tri-city locations

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
