Role Description The Field Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. The role includes preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with engineering teams to design suitable solutions, and supporting customers through the sales cycle from initial inquiry to order closure.





The Field Sales

Engineer will manage key accounts, maintain strong customer relationships. Regular tasks involve market research, visiting industrial facilities, demonstrating products and systems, and ensuring that customer feedback is communicated internally to enhance offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should build long-term customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Relevant experience in industrial automation, control panels, drives, PLC/SCADA systems, or related domains.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites in and around Gurugram and other regions as required.

Salary : ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 + TA + Incentives
