Role Description The Field Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for attracting and onboarding delivery partners and field staff to support Zypp Electric’s growing operations. This role includes sourcing candidates through local networks, field visits, community outreach, and recruitment drives, as well as screening and interviewing candidates to ensure role fit and alignment with company standards.

The Field

Recruiter coordinates end-to-end hiring activities, including documentation, onboarding, and induction, and maintains accurate recruitment records and reports. The role also involves collaborating with operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements, optimize hiring timelines,



and support retention initiatives through regular engagement with the field workforce.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong field recruitment and sourcing skills, including experience conducting on-ground drives, community outreach, and local network building.
- Candidates should possess interview and assessment skills, including basic screening techniques, fitment evaluation, and clear communication of role expectations.
- Candidates should possess relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust with delivery partners, coordinate with operations teams, and handle stakeholder queries professionally.
- Candidates should possess organizational and reporting skills, including maintaining candidate databases, tracking hiring metrics, and preparing simple recruitment reports.
- Candidates should possess basic technology skills, including familiarity with recruitment tools, mobile apps, spreadsheets, and digital documentation processes.
- Relevant experience in high-volume hiring, field sales, logistics, or gig workforce recruitment is beneficial.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, along with proficiency in English and local languages used in Gurugram.
- Ability to work on the ground in dynamic environments, meet daily targets, and demonstrate a strong interest in sustainable mobility and EV-led logistics is highly valued.
