Professional Hospitality & Support Services is looking for a responsible and experienced Field Officer – Security Operations to supervise and coordinate security operations across client locations in Thrissur and Palakkad.

Ex-Servicemen / Ex-Defence Personnel and experienced civilian Security Supervisors are encouraged to apply.

The Field Officer will be responsible for security manpower deployment, site inspections, staff discipline, shift management, client coordination, incident reporting and overall security operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day security operations at assigned client locations.
- Conduct regular and surprise inspections of security sites.
- Ensure proper deployment of Security Guards, Supervisors and other security personnel.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline and performance.
- Ensure all security posts are properly manned as per approved deployment.
- Coordinate shift arrangements, relievers and replacement manpower.
- Conduct regular inspections of security posts and premises.
- Ensure security personnel follow company SOPs and client instructions.
- Monitor access control, visitor management, gate security and other security procedures.
- Review security registers, attendance records and incident reports.
- Handle and report security incidents and emergencies promptly.
- Coordinate with client representatives regarding security-related concerns.
- Conduct security briefings and ensure proper instructions are communicated to guards.
- Identify manpower shortages and coordinate for immediate replacements.
- Monitor the performance of Security Supervisors and Guards.
- Ensure proper uniform, ID card, grooming and discipline.
- Prepare daily/weekly field inspection and operational reports.
- Escalate serious incidents and operational issues to the Operations Manager.
- Support client audits, inspections and security reviews.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification & Experience




- Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Ex-Servicemen / Ex-Defence Personnel with relevant security experience are encouraged to apply.
- Civilian candidates with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Security Supervisor / Security Officer are also eligible.
- Candidates with experience managing multiple security sites or large security teams will be preferred.
- Experience in hospital, commercial, industrial or institutional security operations will be an advantage.
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid manpower management and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Willingness to travel between client locations in Thrissur and Palakkad.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
