Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping Management & Ground Staff Deployment: 1) Manage the deployment of housekeeping staff across assigned properties based on operational requirements.

- Coordinate the onboarding of current housekeeping staff and ensure all employee details are updated in the system.
- Visit assigned properties regularly to monitor housekeeping operations and ensure SOP compliance.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping Managers to ensure adequate staffing and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide local operational support for housekeeping activities across properties.
- Resolve housekeeping-related queries and issues raised by Housekeeping Managers, caretakers, and ground staff.
- Ensure housekeeping manpower is available as per property requirements.




- Monitor staff attendance and coordinate replacements for absenteeism whenever required.

Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping operations, facility management, or a similar field role. Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders (Housekeeping Managers, caretakers, and staff). Willingness to travel regularly and handle on-ground operational responsibilities across multiple properties. No. of working days - 6 / Sunday fixed off CTC - 3.5 - 4.5L Age criteria : 35 years
