Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to drive sales for our Gold Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolios. In this role, you will be responsible for open-market customer acquisition, building local networks, and ensuring seamless loan processing.Key Responsibilities:

- Source new customers for Gold Loans and LAP through direct field marketing and cold calling.

- Conduct doorstep customer visits to evaluate requirements and explain loan features.

- Build and maintain relationships with local DSA (Direct Selling Agents), jewelers, and business owners.

- Assist customers with document collection, KYC verification, and the loan application process.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups for loan renewal/closure.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales (Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services).

- Education: Graduate in any stream (12th pass with robust sales experience can be considered).

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and local area knowledge.

- Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
