Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Executive to manage and monitor SafeCloak digital lockers installed at PVR locations in Delhi.

The person will be responsible for ensuring that the lockers remain operational, clean, accessible and properly maintained. The role will also involve assisting customers with basic locker-related issues and coordinating with the internal technical/support team whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly visit assigned PVR locations and inspect SafeCloak digital lockers.
- Ensure all locker boxes, doors, locks, displays and related equipment are functioning properly.
- Check the overall condition and cleanliness of the locker area.
- Identify and report technical or operational issues to the SafeCloak support/technical team.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of lockers as per company guidelines.
- Assist customers in using the SafeCloak digital locker system whenever required.
- Help customers with basic issues related to locker access, OTP, booking,



payment or locker operation and coordinate with customer support for issues beyond the field executive's scope.
- Check whether any locker is damaged, stuck, not opening/closing properly or showing an error.
- Ensure damaged or non-functional lockers are reported immediately.
- Coordinate with PVR staff/security for access and operational requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with the SafeCloak Operations team regarding the status of assigned locations.
- Maintain daily visit and maintenance reports with photographs/details of issues identified.
- Support the technical team during repair, maintenance or replacement activities.
- Monitor locker usage and highlight recurring operational issues.
- Ensure SafeCloak branding, instructions and customer-facing information are properly displayed.
- Handle any other field-related operational responsibility assigned by the management.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; ITI/Diploma or technical qualification will be an added advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in field operations, technical support, maintenance, facility management or a similar role.
- Freshers with good technical aptitude and willingness to work in the field can also apply.




- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic applications.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Must be comfortable travelling to different PVR and SafeCloak locations across Delhi NCR.
- Should be responsible, punctual and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to coordinate professionally with PVR staff, customers and the SafeCloak operations team.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Working Conditions
- Field-based role.
- Regular visits to assigned PVR locations.
- Working hours may be rotational and based on operational requirements.
- Weekly off may be rotational depending on business requirements.
- The employee may be required to visit additional SafeCloak locations in Delhi NCR when operationally required.

Pay: ₹10,512.68 - ₹12,000.00 per month
